Role
- Manage and mentor a creative team.
- Oversee large-scale creative production.
- Research competitors and apply industry best practices.
- Use AI tools to enhance creative workflows.
- Contribute hands-on to 2D, 3D, and playable asset creation.
Requirements
- Experience managing creative teams.
- Strong background in 2D/3D and playables.
- Familiarity with AI in creative production.
- Great leadership and communication skills.
