We are seeking a highly motivated Senior User Acquisition (UA) Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mobile game user acquisition, managing and scaling large budgets across major ad networks.
Role
- Plan, manage, optimize, and scale user acquisition campaigns for mobile games across Google, Meta, Apple, Unity, Applovin, and other major networks.
- Analyze campaign performance data to maximize ROI and ensure efficient budget allocation.
- Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with the CMO and game teams to align UA strategies with product and company goals.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Explore and evaluate new channels, partners, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing UA campaigns for mobile games across one or more prominent ad networks, such as Google, Meta, Applovin, Apple, and Unity.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer (or other MMPs).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing rewarded networks, DSPs, and alternative UA channels.
- Deep understanding of mobile game monetization, player LTV, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with creative testing, ad iteration processes, and ASO collaboration.
- Experience scaling budgets from soft launch to global scale.
